Duties
- Dispatch and pickup of packages both standard and urgent. Tracking of riders and packages.
- Public liaison, answering phones and and custom queries. Radio communications between base and riders.
- DOS, BASIC, and Windows 3.11 programs, database track and trace.
- Build track and trace database.
- Desktop publishing, for advertising, and various brochures and flyers etc.
- Aspects of business investigation and marketing & problem solving.
