Well in my opinion it is anybody who can be creative with ideas & put these ideas into motion.

Crafts & hobbies are different for all folks & you may enjoy Woodworking, Metalwork, Sewing or Plumbing, the possibilities of creation are endless & it’s a matter of just getting up & saying I need to learn this & then turn the brain on to get the cogs in motion.

My Hobby is as a DIY Woodworker & I first found the passion for giving woodworking a go via viewing Steve Ramsay of the Woodworking for Mere Mortals fame on YouTube, from there I spent most of my spare time viewing other content on the many social media’s to obtain as much knowledge as I could & it is for this I am always appreciative of what social media can give to us wanting to learn more in our lives.

Gone are the days when the exclusive few were privy to the best education & or Tools, Machinery or Equipment, we can all set up a space with something and get started & our education doesn’t need to be expensive or long term.

The Maker movement is skilling people from all around the world informally to make their own lives more creative to the point where we tackle a task we may previously backed away from.

I started a YouTube channel & with this I have learned other fantastic skills, video making & editing, with this medium I have met some great new friends from all around the world.

My motto in life is don’t sit on the fence & wonder what if, rather become a participant & see where the road leads you!

I’m looking forward to contributing more to this wonderful website & in the future I’d like to do some Reviews, talk about Makers of Interest & what content is happening in this big creative world we live in.
