At present it is basement. But in a few years (i hope) it will be something totally different and un recognisable of what it it looks like today. There are a few issues we have to work on one is a drainage problem… and the other is well small retaining wall is required.

But hopefully a full workshop area, my main issue will be space and house piles and learning to work around them…
