This Deluxe, free-standing Phenolic Resin Router table features a SOLID Phenolic core, and a hard wearing and low friction surface laminate. This is not to be confused with MDF/Phenolic Table, that have a basic MDF substrate and thin Phenolic coating. Machined and exposed MDF, regradless of chemical treatment, can be affected by moisture, humidity, dry, heat and other such damage. Phenolic resin is heavier, harder and, simply better (only to be out-classed by our own Cast Iron offering)

Pre milled and drilled and tapped to fit the Pro Router Stand, and will accept the supplied Aluminium Router Mounting Plate, but also our optional “Lift N Lock” Universal Router Lift. Our Pro Router Table Fence is manufactured from a single piece of aluminium extrusion and includes a 63mm dust port for efficient extraction from above the table. Also includes a remote mount NVR (No Volt Release), ON/OFF switch for your router.

The top and front feature T slots which allow the fitting of other jigs and accessories including the included transparent guard. The fence assembly also includes adjustable side scales for setting fence alignment and handy planing spacer bars for accurate edge trimming. The Carbatec Pro Stand features box section legs and bolted construction making it solid and stable. There is provision for storage of the included mitre gauge assembly.

A five piece set of router table inserts are available, with the standard insert having a 38mm inside diameter.

The Carbatec ‘Lift n Lock’ Router Lift is designed to mount a plunge router, with potentially only having to drill a few holes to the mounting plate. This will allow you to make fast and accurate cutter adjustments from above the table, and lock securely into place when you’re done. No more cumbersome pushing and awkward router locks. A simple and effective upgrade for the Carbatec Compact & Pro Router tables, this unit will also fit Kreg and many other Router Tables with a 297 x 234mm opening, and can also make the centrepiece of your own design, home built table. It comes with the standard insert having a 38mm inside diameter. For other sizes, five-piece set of router table inserts are available for additional purchase.

MOUNTING YOUR ROUTER: The Carbatec Router Lift is supplied pre-drilled to suit different brands and model routers, but due to constantly evolving design, new model release and other manufacturer variations, we cannot guarantee a direct fit for all routers. You may be required to centre, countersink & drill the mounting plate to allow you to mount your chosen router.

A hard to get 16 piece METRIC set. Forstner bits feature continuous rounded edges for smooth cutting with minimal tearout. Sawtooth bits feature serrated edges for cutting harder materials such as end grain.Made of T10 Tool Steel.

Metric sets include bits of following sizes. 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm, 48mm, 50mm, 54mm.

Carbatec Hold Down Clamps are designed to be used on most 1/4″ or 5/16″ T-track systems, and are a great way to hold you work firmly down to machine tables and other components, and a great addition to your home made jigs. Description
Carbatec Universal Fence Clamps are the perfect addition to your jig making kit. Used to easily add a sacrificial zero clearance sub fence, to your existing tablesaw, bandsaw, router or pretty well any factory fitted fence system. Fitted with brass swivelling foot, these universal clamps also include a aluminium clamp pad, to convert these fence clamps, into a handy ‘C’ clamp.
