Go up stairs to the vinyl cutter and there we have it. Took about 30minutes to make. We delivered it the same night and the laughs were good.
Two scrap pieces of ply. The stand has a dowl to hold it while the glue set.
Burnish all the metal parts including nuts, bolts and washers to remove as much rust and paint as possible. Paint the iron girder and stands using hammered metal look rust preventing paint. CRC the top to minimise and prevent more rust. Let paint harden for a few days before tighting up again.
